LVD Dyna-Cell 40/15 EFL CNC Robot Bending Cell

With the LVD Dyna-Cell 40/15 EFL (manufactured in November 2021), you?ll get a highly compact bending cell that optimally combines precision with unmanned operation. Featuring a bending length of 1,530 mm and a clear column width of 1,530 mm, the system provides the ideal foundation for flexible batch sizes.

The machine is powered by a pressing force of 400 kN (40 metric tons). The absolute highlight is the combination of the intuitive Touch-B control system, the KUKA industrial robot, and the patented Easy-Form laser angle measurement system, which compensates for material variations in real time and guarantees precise bending results from the very first workpiece. With only 655 operating hours, the machine is in like-new condition.
