The machine is equipped with both a main spindle and a counter-spindle, allowing workpieces to be fully machined in a single setup. To facilitate largely automated production, the Traub TNX 65 is equipped with an FMB SL 80 S short-bar loader, ensuring reliable material feeding. A high-performance internal coolant system (IKZ), featuring a paper belt filter and high-pressure capabilities, ensures optimal cooling, reliable chip evacuation, and extended tool life - especially during demanding machining operations.

To improve the working environment, the machine includes an LTA electrostatic extraction system that efficiently captures coolant mist. Finished parts are automatically discharged from the machining area via a gantry-style unloading unit with a conveyor belt, achieving a high level of automation and ensuring a smooth, uninterrupted production flow.
