As a low-cost basic machine, the SMD 132 PLUTO offers top machining results in surface finishing and sheet metal deburring. It is characterised by low tool costs, easy handling as well as its economic price-performance ratio and the resulting short amortisation cycles. The SMD 132 PLUTO offers the following advantages:

Powerful machining of plasma and flame-cut parts

Slag removal, deburring and edge breaking in one operation

Up to 6 mm distortion and tolerance compensation due to highly flexible deburring roller

Edge breaking by 2 counter-rotating wire brush rollers

Integrated magnetic table also allows the machining of small workpieces
