This used Kellenberger Kel-Viva UR 175/1000, built in 2004, is a versatile universal cylindrical grinding machine for demanding external and internal grinding operations. Its tandem grinding headstock with swivelling B-axis enables flexible machining sequences. With a centre distance of 1,000 mm, a centre height of 175 mm and an axis resolution of 0.1 ?m, the machine is suitable for precise workpieces weighing up to 100 kg. Movomatic gap control, Elaso balancing and Marposs workpiece measurement support reliable and repeatable grinding processes.
