The machine is equipped with a comprehensive range of options that significantly enhance productivity and machining capabilities. A major highlight is the EMCO LM 1200 short bar loader, enabling automated bar feeding for increased efficiency and reduced setup times.
The upper turret with Y-axis and VDI 30 tool interface allows complex machining operations to be completed in a single setup, while the sub-spindle with parts ejector supports complete machining of both sides of the workpiece, reducing handling time and increasing process reliability.

For demanding machining applications, the machine features high-pressure coolant pumps (IKZ), ensuring efficient chip evacuation, improved cooling, and extended tool life. An electrostatic mist extraction system provides a clean working environment by effectively removing oil mist generated during machining.
