For sale is a used DMG DMU 60 monoBlock, available immediately directly from the customer's site. This high-performance 5-axis machining center is equipped with the proven Heidenhain iTNC 530 control system and is ideally suited for the precise and cost-effective machining of complex workpieces.
Its extensive features include an internal coolant supply system (IKZ), a Heidenhain touch probe for workpiece and tool measurement, and an electrostatic extraction system to ensure a clean production environment. Furthermore, the machine features direct linear measuring systems for maximum positioning accuracy and is equipped with Operating Mode 4.
The DMU 60 monoBlock impresses with its high precision, reliability, and productivity, making it an excellent choice for demanding applications in tool and mold making, as well as in general mechanical engineering.
