This used DMG DMU 125 P duoBlock offers outstanding precision, performance and flexibility for demanding machining applications. Equipped with a Heidenhain iTNC 530 control system, this 5-axis machining centre enables simultaneous 5-axis machining of complex workpieces and sophisticated geometries.
The machine features an 12,000 rpm spindle with an HSK-A63 tool interface and a 120-position tool magazine, providing excellent flexibility for a wide range of machining operations. A Renishaw touch probe ensures precise workpiece measurement and reliable machine setup. Furthermore, the machine is equipped with an internal coolant supply (IKZ), ensuring efficient cooling and optimal chip evacuation, even during demanding machining processes.
