Description
Vertical turning is the ideal machining process for large and heavy rotational components used in mechanical engineering, energy technology, plant construction and industrial subcontracting. The immediately available D?rries Contumat VCE 2000-160 offers excellent capacity for heavy-duty machining with a turning diameter of 1,600 mm, turning height of 1,800 mm and table load of 12,000 kg. A key advantage is the extensive control retrofit carried out in 2010, including Siemens 840 Dsl with NCU 710.2, new components for the X/Z axes, tool changer and spindle, as well as direct measuring systems in X and Z. The machine is in well-maintained condition.
