Description
In 5-axis machining, maximum productivity and minimal non-productive time are key ? especially in high-volume production for automotive suppliers, mechanical engineering and medical technology. The SW BA W06-22 combines twin-spindle technology with a unique automatic workpiece change system: via rotating fixture carriers with integrated NC rotary tables, loading and unloading takes place parallel to machining. This enables a continuous production process without downtime ? a clear advantage over conventional pallet changers.
The machine, built in 2020, is immediately available, in well-maintained condition and ideally prepared for further automation. Equipped with Siemens 840 Dsl, 2 motor spindles (17,500 rpm, HSK 63), direct drives and glass scales, it also features a robot interface, automatic loading door and automatic washing system in the loading area. This allows easy integration into a fully automated robotic cell for unmanned production.
