Rotary transfer machining is ideal for cost-efficient series production of complex components, for example in the automotive industry, hydraulics, valve technology and general mechanical engineering. The used Icon 6-250 combines the productivity of a rotary transfer machine with flexible CNC machining and enables 5-sided machining with several tools in operation at the same time. A key advantage: two machining stations are each equipped with one vertical and one horizontal spindle, allowing multiple operations to be combined in a compact and cycle-time-optimized process. With Fanuc 30i control, HSK-A 63 spindles and B-axes with 0.001? indexing, this machine is well suited for precise milling and drilling operations. The Erowa zero-point clamping system supports fast and repeatable setup. The machine is immediately available and in well-maintained condition.
